All I want this year is to see YOU. On the mat. On the street. In person. In Real Time. Face-to-Face. More community. Come to my classes and sweat. Come to my classes and cry. Come to my classes and nap. Come. I am not joking.

Spend time doing what matters and to feel that the only place that happiness resides is inside of you.

Take on Yoko Ono's magnificent regime of,
