Until women are equally represented in all parts of society, we will not muster equality in any circumstances nor considerations. In our current historical and political reality, we have all of the responsibilities and many more, of men, but lack representation and therefore many of the benefits.

I will be offering 100% donation classes for my PLYOMETRICS classes from now until November 6th. I will be donating all of the proceeds to Emily’s List.

My wish is that we continue to create and promote healthy change for all people. That we continue to stop fighting over scraps and create a world where our future generations can look back and see that the seeds were planted here and now, due to terrible circumstances, a blessing-in-disguise situation. I see so many amazing women out there doing so much and I want to partake in that energy and put it to good use in the way I know how. I can do this by offering donation classes for the time being and donate those resources to a greater cause. Every bit counts and matters.
