Group Classes

Physical Education is a body class to embody a hybrid pastiche consisting of cardio calisthenics, meditation, breath work, stretching & alignment moves drawn from Pilates & Yoga lineages, each class will have specifically curated music & sequences created with the intention and awareness to one's form and to connect to one's self via movement for your mental and emotional health.

Each class lass is 75 minutes long and intentionally created for all levels, ages & abilities.

Seasonal Semesters

Each season brings its own rhythms and energy, and my Seasonal Semesters are designed to honor those natural shifts. These thoughtfully crafted practices invite you to align with the cycles of change, building strength, balance, and vitality as the year unfolds. By moving with intention through the seasons, we create a practice that not only supports your body but also nurtures your mind and spirit—helping you stay connected, grounded, and inspired throughout the year.

Drop-In Class

Curious about joining for just one session? Drop-In classes are the perfect way to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself—no strings attached. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to energize your body, calm your mind, and bring balance to your day.

Spring Semester ‘25

Spring Semester 2025 Packages available now! Pay upfront and save! Semester packages are a discounted package of $25 per class versus the $40 drop in fee. Spring semester is available for the Thursday & Saturday 9am classes beginning after Spring Equinox and they run through the end of June. Missed classes can be transferred to friends and family with notice give.

Thursday class runs 15 weeks for $375

Saturday Class runs 14 weeks for $350
